HR called me as I applied through linked in. Interview was scheduled on very next day on Satirday.First round was technical round. 2 interviewers were there. I think 2nd was again technical which was final and then HR round.

2 technical rounds 1 hour each. Positive experience overall. I applied via LinkedIn and after 2 weeks got a call from HR and further interviews were scheduled. It took a week to take these two technical interviews. The second round also contained manager discussion.

I appeared for 2 rounds (both the rounds were telephonic), one with the Team Lead and second one with one of the Managers. Both the rounds were good and the feedback was positive. I was supposed to have 3rd round with the Delivery Head and HR confirmed the same over the call but the round did not happen and she informed that the Delivery Head is on leave. When I called her after 15 days, the reply this time too was not different. I waited for another 20 days and then when I called her, she said that she is busy with multiple things and she'll call me but she didn't. It has been more than 45 days now, the portal still shows that the candidature is in progress, haven't heard from the HR. She doesn't even respond to my emails now. When I call her, the reply I get is not satisfactory as a candidate who cleared first 2 rounds. In case if they have found some other candidate that is fit for the position, I can digest that and if I am rejected, I can digest that too but when she confirmed that you are shortlisted for the 3rd round and it doesn't happen any time sooner then it feels bad as a candidate. Really pathetic & irresponsible behaviour on the HR part, I must say. I am absolutely dejected as I was looking for a switch very actively.
