    Pros

If you wish a stable job with little or no work pressure, this is the place for you. Again there are few teams with long working hours also.

    Cons

The salary increement is a very slow process. Don't expect more that 8% increement anually.

    Advice to Management

Some HRs are really good and Understanding while some HRs are rude enough to screw you up, they are the ones who are least employee friendly .

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Jio full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    A growing operator in India

    Cons

As any family business, the office is run around one single person in charge. You are either in his circle or you are no body. Communication between management and staff is zero. With most of the decisions being made in Mumbai, the workers in this office have almost no power.
