I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Jobber (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2026
Interview
The process was straightforward. I had a HR screening phone call, and a call with the sales development manager. The whole process from application to round 1 and 2 were very quick - the organisation moves fast, which I can appreciate as they don’t leave you hanging.

Question 1
The sales development manager asked me to talk about something I know that they do not know - had to talk for two minutes.

Interview
I managed to make it through 3/4 interviews in the process. The first was a call with talent acquisition (30min) and the second was with two leaders within the department (1hr). The third interview was the 'functional' interview(1hr), it had two parts. One was to respond to 5 emails within a short period of time and the second half was a mock call. They provided feedback after each portion. Despite spending hours watching the youtube videos, reading the FAQ, creating my own notes to study and whatnot for the topics they told to prep for.. I feel like I was blindsided by the questions I got in the mock call. The first question I was asked I was able to navigate relatively easily but then it felt like they wanted to put up a wall that I couldn't break through and it was rather demoralizing by the end. I didn't walk away from my interview with a positive mindset.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you made a mistake and what did you do?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jobber (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2024
Interview
The document they provide before the mock call says that it will have 1 objection to handle. However, the interviewers start giving you objections from the start of the call which makes it very difficult.
