Jobber Manager interview questions

Initial call with the hiring manager, follow-up deep dive with the hiring manager, final interview was a panel interview with case study/presentation with hiring manager and two colleagues. Overall was a pleasant enough experience, though they were slow to communicate at a few points. In the end, I think I was their back-up, so I dangled for a week longer than they had said while I assume their first choice negotiated the offer. I don't think they knew exactly what they wanted from this role which likely contributed to the back and forth. The hiring manager was lovely and I think would have been a dream to work with. Everyone I met was nice, and I got the sense they actually believed in their espoused values.
