I was expecting a larger group interview but there were only 3 of us at the interview. We got taken into a room and shown fake sales and floorplans for different brands within their store. We got told we had 20 minutes to discuss our thoughts on the figures and percentages and to plan a 10-minute presentation on what we would do to increase sales etc. Just make sure you talk lots about your thoughts and try to interact and work as a team when planning the presentation. I felt it was a slightly odd situation because we all had to sit and read to understand the figures, so there were long silences while we were being watched. Also, it felt like the others in the group were more focused on speaking the most so don't be afraid to voice your opinions without repeating yourself. After that, we each got interviewed individually and asked simple questions about availability and what we are currently doing. Good luck!
