Interview
There was supposed to be 8 of us but one didn't turn up. There were two groups one with 3 people and the other with 4 people with two assessors at each table. Fairly chilled, the group activity was 5 tips for customer service, 5 tips for resolving complaints and 3 tips for expanding product knowledge. We each wrote our ideas and then spent 20 mins speaking as a group. The assessor was observing how you took part, just remember to be friendly and say your opinions but NOT DOMINANT. After we had an informal one on one interview.
I don't know yet if i have been given an offer as i won't be told till monday.

Describe what good customer service looks like to you.
Standard questions as expected, management made me feel at ease during interview and got to meet some team members too. Tasks to work through information and then 1-1 interview with hiring manager
Behavioural and situational questions relating to your experience and job requirements. 1 ac and an interview with 2 people after. Should be only 30 minutes with follow-up questions if needed.
