I applied online. I interviewed at John Lewis & Partners (Aberdeen, Scotland) in Jun 2017
Interview
Looong online process - always answer to questions in a way that customer is always right to get through it. Later I was invited to a 1 to 1 interview with one of the line managers, later there was a group interview where we were given 3 tasks to work on with the other applicants. Overall, a nice experience - typical behavioural questions. You NEED to show your passion for customer service and enthusiasm. Also, show that you want to go the extra mile while serving a customer and that you always would prioritise them. There's nothing more sacred at John Lewis than a customer...

Interview
It was a group activity interview where they assess how well you work and discuss ideas with others. The only challenge was that most people had the same points to make, so it could be hard to stand out. I took part and contributed to the discussion, but it felt like they were looking for people who spoke more and were more noticeable in the group.

Interview
Quite swift! We were called for a group interview. Randomly, we were assigned a table. We met a few floor managers, and were asked a few scenarios. Best action is to let seniors speak first, then contribute your answers.
