Interview
After quite a lengthy online recruitment process I was invited to a group assessment at the store. During the group assessment there were two groups with a total of four people in my group. We were assessed by two section managers in a task where as a group we had to decide which out of a selection of products was best for each imaginary customer that had specific needs and requirements. The assessors asked questions as if they were the customers. Then there was a one on one interview with one of the assessors.
