An online process of motivational questions followed by an in person interview. The in person interview was around 30 minutes and has the same sort of questions as the motivational questions but more situational.

One-hour onsite interview began with group discussion of scenario extracts to determine best responses. This assessed teamwork and reasoning. It was followed by a one-on-one behavioural interview exploring past experiences.
