The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Jun 2011
Interview
The first round of interview was conducted with an HR person, who had a script/list of questions to ask from. It was quite mechanical - after I answered the interviewer would record my answers on a sheet of paper and moved on to the next question without any follow up. All questions were behavioral questions asking me about my teamwork/leadership experiences as well as the typical "why J&J". Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I thought the interview went really well based on the interviewer's reaction, but unfortunately didn't get invited to the second round.

Question 1
Were you ever challenged to do something unethical and how did you respond?
it was really intense and I felt prepared but wasnt sureexactly what they were watning and I just want to look around. This is unnecessary to let people look at other jobs
Overall a pretty neutral experience. Nothing stood out, we seemed to go over the standard questions and built rapport. It felt comfortable and I could imagine myself working there. I would apply again if a role opened up in my specialty.

Question 1
Describe your experience with managing multiple conflicting deadlines
Went smoothly and asked alot about the JD, expect you to research on the company and know their mission/purpose! Good to read up more about a specific product (if it is listed in the JD)
