Process was straight forward, phone screen followed by on site interview. Screening employee asked detailed questions about compensation and benefits as well as where I was in the interview process. Standard questions and not overly difficult. Plant manager was confrontational in interview which overall painted the experience as negative. At no point did I get the feeling he wanted to fully understand my skills and background. Just put me on the spot with pointed questions.
