1st round telephone interview with HR manager was nothing unique (standard questions about which division, which region, why JnJ) and behavioral questions (tell me about a time when...).
Be warned: they ask about your prior salary and seem to screen accordingly (no wiggling around it, despite explanation that the roles vary, the prior job is irrelevant, the expectation is simply that it be competitive, etc.) in essence I was demanded a number. Since the region I chose had lower tax and lower cost of living and was a switch from a well-paid consulting environment, the tone of the interview changed.
