After applying for a position on the J&J talent acquisition website and submitting my resume, I was scheduled for an interview via Zoom. The interview was with the Assistant General Counsel that this position would report to. It was a behavioral interview that lasted for approximately 45 minutes.

The process is long but hiring manager is actively engaged. I was informed at all times about the process and status. Everyone that I spoke with is highly knowledgeable about the company and was honest about the environment.

Very tough process with 10 interviewers over a period of 8 hours. I believed it was designed to see how the candidate functions under pressure as well as interacting with various cross-function executives.
