Hirevue, asked about behavioral/situational questions. Why J&J/why role, tell me about your experience, a time you worked in a team. I dont remember other parts but those are the jists of it, get together some stories that cover teamwork, leadership, strengths/weaknesses.

Interview
I applied online for the internship and got an interview two weeks later. They asked me easy behavioral questions and one or two technical questions about accounting theory and Excel worksheets. The interview was less than 30 minutes long. However, they took about 3 months to give me an offer for the internship.
