Hiring Manager screen followed by a group session with 4 director-level folks (simultaneously) where we discussed the role, and they asked me questions about my management and facilitation styles. Open convo with many questions. Final round consisted of a 45 minute call with a prepared 20 min presentation with follow-up questions. Pretty detailed call - relatively vauge criteria but overall they provided good feedback and asked good questions. Ended up not getting the role but parted on good terms!
