I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (California City, CA)
Interview
The interview process was structured and informative. It began with a phone screening with a recruiter to discuss my background, interest in the role, and alignment with the company’s values. This was followed by one or more video or in-person interviews with the hiring manager and cross-functional team members. The questions focused on demand planning, inventory management, ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle), and problem-solving scenarios. The final stage included a case study or planning exercise to assess analytical and forecasting abilities. Overall, the process allowed for a two-way conversation and provided clear insight into the team culture and expectations.
