The interview was conducted online. The interviewer was nice but, like most dispatch companies if you don't ask about things like prorated pay, hidden deductions, and other information about salary they aren't very forthcoming.
Quick and simple, asked a few questions about myself and why I wanted to go to Japan. They had some basic Japanese questions. Not much to stress about, wear something nice.

They asked about my work experience. They asked why I chose to English in Japan They also ask some general questions about me. Then they spoke about their company and what to expect when working in Japan.

Online interview process. It was fairly short and straightforward. They asked basic interview questions and about your experience working in Japan. Also checked Japanese language ability with a few basic questions.
