Very casual and friendly interaction. The interview is were very welcoming and had a lot of good things to say about the company. They ask questions on the current and previous experience and the reason on why you applied.

Extended - 4-7 interviews, some being brief catch ups some being extended credit exams and some being p&c interviews. Process is very long to ensure culture and skill fit but is pretty seems counterintuitive given high staff attrition.
