Judo Bank interview questions

Extended - 4-7 interviews, some being brief catch ups some being extended credit exams and some being p&c interviews. Process is very long to ensure culture and skill fit but is pretty seems counterintuitive given high staff attrition.

The process starts with an initial screening call from HR to discuss my background, experience, and suitability for the role. After that, shortlisted candidates are invited to a first-round face-to-face interview, followed by a final in-person interview to assess and select the preferred candidate.
