I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jump Trading in Sep 2018
Interview
The interview process was quite quick, after each stage I received the result in 1 day. The phone interview didn't include any coding, there're only questions about C++ and networks.
During onsite interviews I have solved several tasks which tested my coding skills, multithreading and knowledge about network programming

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Jump Trading
Interview
I applied for the Python role. CV Screen, OA, First Round interview, then I believe an onsite with 3 separate interviews. I actually did OA in the previous year and they shortlisted me for the future so I went straight to first round interview.

I had an face-to-face HR Interview after being contacted through email by someone from the London Office. I was told I would continue with the application process in a few months, when they'll get back to me. I never heard from them again.

Question 1
They asked me about my projects, relevant experience and strengths.
I applied for Python position. Structure looked similar to what people already described. Interview questions seemed quite random, but mostly leetcode type. Requirements which were mentioned on the job posting and things mentioned by recruiter to brush up on were only missleading, nothing from that was covered during the actual interviews.
