Interview
First a take-home hackerrank exercise. Very difficult but fair. They technically allow you to re-write the solution, but don't give enough time.
Then a "coding" round which consists entirely of random python trivia with little relevance to any coding experience. Watching a couple clickbait videos on little-known python functionality should do the trick.

overall was a very hard process and highlyt echnical. requirement to understand programming concepts extremely well, and need to verbalise thoughts in order to walk the interviewer through yr thinking. also have an expectation to be correct and yet fast.
