June interview questions

The phone and video call interviews were okay. The coding test was fine. I was then told that I would be advancing to the final interview stage, and I was asked to clear an entire day of my calendar for the purpose, two weeks in advance. I did so, and they waited until the day before to cancel. I feel like I was misled and strung along. Highly negative experience.

I had a phone call first, which lasted about 20min. I then had a full day of interviews, during which I spoke with 8 people: potential CX colleagues and manager, people from the engineering and marketing departments, co-founders... It was a long day but it was a great way to get a good feel for the company and meet the team. I now work with all my interviewers on a daily basis so this step did make a lot of sense! Finally, I was asked for a sample of my writing: blog posts, help center, etc. that I had worked on in the past. Everything was done remotely. The whole process from application to offer took about 1 month.
