There's a really high turnover here - not because it's a bad job, just because that's the kind of job it is. Because of that, they are always hiring and the standards are pretty minimal. I've seen a girl come in, talk for 2 seconds, and be hired on the spot. Basically if you can physically lwook the shift and you look like you shower you will get the job.
