Question 1
What my availability is, if I have transportation.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Just Grillin (Tampa, FL) in Aug 2016
Interview
Applied for the position of Marketing Coordinator, but turned down further interviews and contact due to a very poor experience with the company. Overall, I experienced rude, condescending staff. When the person conducting the hiring process with me asked as to why I no longer expressed interest in the position so suddenly, the person defended the staff's actions by stating, "It is company culture." If you are seeking "company culture," with rude, unprofessional, and contempt management, this is the company for you.
Throughout the process, I experienced frustration with communication. A lot of phone calls were made because the person who would be conducting the interview did not take phone calls. Everything, including scheduling happened through a different person with the company, however it was an awkward experience because this person did not have access to the interviewer's schedule, preferences or anything related. So a call would be made, then a follow up after discussion, then another if there was an issue, and so forth. A lot of middle man with my experience.
