Interview
"Was called to set up a drug screening and orientation time".
Can't describe the interview in more words then the few simple ones that starts out what I've all ready stated Glassdoor.
They call, ask if your willing to drive up to fifty miles to your job sites and if you can pass a drug test. After the drug test you go to a cerification class that costs $50. They give you 90% of the PPE you will need for the job. Others you have to provide. Like boots and if you want rain jackets amd such you have to buy from them for a reasonable price.

Start by taking certification class which if you work with them they pay for. Then a 101 training day after you pass everything there was very little interviewing through the process they are very nice.

Interview
Submitted a request online for information, promptly received a phone call to schedule a certification course, then submitted to a drug screen, followed by an orientation/interview at the company head quarters. All the equipment was supplied/purchased with future wages at the orientation. The two company HR personnel conducted the interview and an instructor performed the OJT.
