Basic phone screen with associate, and then interview. I only did the phone screen, which was 15 minutes. The phone screen was over MS Teams and they don't ask too many technical questions, more of getting to know the interviewer and basic financial questions. Make sure to know previous deals of theirs

Skills assessment, first round with VP and analyst, secound round with MD and analyst. All behavioral questions trying to gage your interest in PE. The only technical they might ask is about why enterprise software is a good investment.
