Online interview through Microsoft Teams with the recruiter and two engineers. The first stage interview lasted around 40-45 minutes and was conducted in German. The questions focused on my background, studies in civil engineering, and motivation for applying to the trainee position. I was also asked some basic technical questions and past work experiences. The interview atmosphere was professional.
