Interview
Was a 30 minute interview on how I would perform in the role. Asked my proficiency on multiple types of software and my previous experience in procurement. They also asked about my education, both school and university.
The interview process was robust and you could tell they invested heavily in the process itself, throughout the day there were multiple meetings with line managers as well as a presentation to the full procurement team.
My interview process when applying for KBR was that of a typical interview process taking into account other competitors and their interview processes. It followed the typical corporate interview style and approach.
