KBS Corporate interview questions

Multi-stage interview process. The first stage was a short telephone call from recruiter who explained details of the role and gave me the opportunity to ask questions about the company/role. Depending on how the call goes you get invited to interview/assessment centre day. Second stage was an assessment centre (a few days after the telephone call) with other candidates. Managers and recruiter were there scoring. There was a section where we (each candidate) introduced ourselves and gave a "fun fact" - this was done in front of the other candidates, recruiters and managers. Then a group-work task and presenting in a group followed by individual interviews with manager.

Great experience. Was contacted directly by recruiter and told all about the role. Invited in to find out more about the business and what the role involves. Sat with a nice guy called Mike who had been with business a long time and listened to a few of his calls, and interviewed with one of the managers and the director who were great. Interview fairly relaxed a lot of focus on previous experience and targets / performance. Was offered the next day. Very thorough, efficient and friendly experience.
