I had a horrible interview process at KCOM. They rejected me because I told in the interview that i want to learn and grow in the job. I showed them my dashboard I built. And they commented that you have chosen the dataset that is not good to present to audience. You cannot please then what ever you do.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at KCOM (Hull, England) in Jun 2016
Interview
Competency based interview with head of dept, sales Manager and senior telesales consultant. Took 3 month's in total from application to offer. A little long-winded considering it was a straight forward telesales vacancy selling directory ads.
