The recruiter from Keyteo contacted me via LinkedIn. They said they are recruiting for a PO position in a bank in Geneva. She didn’t send me a link to a Visio on teams as promised. One minute before the agreed time , she asked for my phone number instead. She called me and told me that the position with the client has been filled two days ago. She still wanted to continue the interview. She asked me if I am « ok » giving her my date of birth and nationality. I found this question discriminatory (which I expressed). Overall, shallow and a disorganized interview. I would never work for an employer who makes hiring decisions based on the candidate’s age.

Très mauvais ressenti, avec des propos incohérents.
L’entretien est très superficiel, sans réelle recherche de détails. Les interlocuteurs ne semblent pas faire la différence entre un profil junior et senior et ne connaissent même pas les outils sur lesquels les consultants sont censés travailler.
On a clairement le sentiment que, pour des candidats français ne connaissant pas bien les salaires suisses, il est facile de se faire mener en bateau. Il est donc fortement recommandé de bien se renseigner en amont.

Le processus a commencé par un appel téléphonique avec les RH pour discuter de mon parcours et de mes motivations. Ensuite, j’ai eu un entretien RH plus détaillé, suivi d’une rencontre avec le hiring manager. J’ai ensuite échangé avec le client final sur les attentes du poste, et enfin un entretien avec le CEO pour valider l’adéquation culturelle et technique
