there were multiple short interviews but depending on the interviewer it is quite easy to go through the multiple interviews. Questions were not that hard and were very basic and pertained to working at a pool or working with kids.

Do you have any experience working with kids?
Do you have any experience working at a pool such as a summer time life guard?
you start with a phone call, then you will be invited to do 2 interview shifts where they will monitor you to see if you are a good fit, then you start training after that

East conversation with manager, felt more like a conversation than and interview. You don’t need prior swimming experience. Manager was nice and I felt comfortable in the interview. Work environment nice too.
