Overall, good interview experience with Kind. There was a phone screen + interviews with 4 people in their office. Everyone I met was very friendly, represented the company well and seemed excited about their jobs. Questions were pretty standard and specific to the role I interviewed for. While I didn't get an offer, I really appreciated getting a phone call from HR to let me know.

Really straightforward and speedy interview process. Start to finish took just under 3 weeks and they communicated throughout the entire process. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and professional, which helped me better understand the company culture as a candidate.
