The interview was with an internal recruiter. She was really nice, the interview had a good flow of conversation back and forth. At the end of the interview, she said (word from word) that she loved my energy, background, etc. She said she was hoping to hear back from the hiring manager the next day to move to the next step. One week later I was notified that I didn’t make it to the next interview. I sent the interviewer an email the day before I got rejected.. no reply. Just confusing how it was expressed how well of a fit I was for the position, to not moving to the next round.
