I had a very quick phone interview— the recruiter quickly informed me she’d like to have me in for a demo, then set up a date. The demo required planning a lesson from scratch based off of an assigned CCSS standard. On Demo day, I had a student-led tour, observed a classroom, did my demo, and then debriefed in an interview.
