We start with a full English introduction of myself, then the managers will ask questions based on your presentation. After that, they will ensure you understand what you are signing up for, explaining the details and possible situations you might face during the job, such as cross-conference calls or urgent support, to ensure you are aware that it can be a flexible but challenging position.

Several phone and zoom interviews with various team members. Met with 4 or 5 managers for about an hour each over the course of several days. The interviews were in depth but friendly.
