Long interview process, slow to respond back. Then they selected an internal candidate. Why interview anyone from external then? They try to grill you but it just comes off as bullying.

Interview
They replied a month after I aplied on their website. Had the first interview, but I thought it was extremely short to go through my background, answer their questions and ask my own questions. It would be better to have behavioral and technical separately and not everything in 45 min.
