There are 3 rounds interview. 1st round: behavior interview with a manager in school. 2nd round: 90 min SAS tech interview, remote. 3rd round: onsite interview with hiring manager. Overall SAS questions are hard. Stats questions are very easy if there are any. Behavior questions are moderate. There are many customer-facing skill questions. My HR is very nice and responsive. The interview process is comfortable. I did the 2nd round two weeks after the first round interview. And the 3rd round happened one week later following the second one.

first the behavior phone interview, takes 30 min, about the experiences in the resume, not so hard, the interviewer is very kind second the technical phone interview, takes 45 min, all the detailed sas programming question, such as macro definition, index question, statistical function, etc. the first several questions are basic and not so difficult. later all the questions are about sas advanced skills, and becomes difficult and detailed third on-site interview, still in process
