I had only one interview through all process. Interview is very relaxing and interviewers is very kind. It is easy for me to guess that KOBELCO has good atmosphere and have good relationships with colleagues.

the interviewer tried to inform me of the company culture, suggesting that there would be a lot of overtime work. it was overall an okay interview. i did not get the job in the end but the environment didn't seem like a good fit either.

Good. Will not ask may questions but will try to judge based on CV. Some technical questions also will be asked so be prepared. They will also ask why do you want to work for them. What do you know about them. Overall it was good experience.

The interview took about 1hr. I was asked a host of questions from each of there associates. After each was done asking questions, I then in return asked each one questions about there day to day job functions. At the end I was then walked through the plant. A week later I was offered the job

The procedure was fast, open, interesting, positive and HR was very professional. I had not only interviews but also a tour through the manufacturing plant and could talk open and frank with people on the shop floor.

Went very well with (3) employees HR, QA Manager, and Production/Welding Manager and we sat down in conference room and each one asked me about my history and if i was comfortable with certain aspects of my potential job duties.

Got a call from human resources and I got a brief questionnaire then was scheduled for a face to face interview. The interview went well, at least that how it was portrayed. This was at the end of January. It is now March and they keep telling, "we haven't decided yet, we will let you know". Why can't they just say, you are not the right candidate for us, instead of just telling me to wait.

Interview is fast and the question asked is normal. They will ask you to introduce yourself. They will ask whether you are familiar with these machines but it is not necessary.
