Initial screen with a ‘Talent Acquisition Specialist’ who had minimal understanding of expected project size, complexity, or our industry in general. Be prepared for your qualifications to be misrepresented to the hiring board

Question 1
We talked through my work history, and after communicating my current role as an owner’s rep, the acquisition specialist asked if this meant I “worked for a prime”
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KPFF
Interview
It was very brief. They asked about previous work. The interview was not very challenging, but they look closer at your qualifications and fit within the company. If you are not a good personality fit for the company, they will not hire you. Also, if you are a good fit, they will hire you over someone who is more qualified but unlikely to work well with the established team within the company.
