They were only looking for right candidate irrespective of their marks.
Also they were focussed about the projects done during the course of engineering.
Plus knowledge about c/c++ was a plus point for the same.

1. Online mettle tests includes technical and aptitude questions along with 2 programming question set.
2. Short listed candidates again have to give one coding test(pointers are mandatory).
