Interview
Applied via Honest.work, got a reply back, which took a while. Had a few chats, which I was super fussy about getting on webcam for, they were really cool about. Had a very open-ended technical challenge set, which didn't try to trick you, wasn't about finding requirements in a soup of nonsense, followed by a pairing session. A few more rounds of interview because we had to be sure we were a good fit. Overall very friendly and positive experience.

Question 1
How you deal with situations, how you handle conflict, are you pragmatic, etc
Very friendly and flexible, felt much more like a series of high level chats with your best friends than a formal interview. However, now knowing the process inside out (as I interview candidates at Kalo nowadays), I know how that a lot of thought and consideration is continuously put into this informal-feeling interview process.
