The interview process started with a call with HR and a Wonderlic test. Once past that, I had a call with the hiring manager and then had to do the Wonderlic test again on a video conference to ensure it was me doing the test. I was then set up for an in-person with 4 or 5 different people - some in office and some on video. The interview questions varied depending on person but there were no big stumpers or trick questions. The office is beautiful and the HR individual was very nice throughout the process but ultimately I got turned down. The process seemed fair and I felt like I was treated respectfully throughout. I also appreciated that the HR person did let me know pretty quickly that I hadn’t got the job instead of just ghosting me.
