The interviewer started our phone interview by telling me about Kapow. Everything she went over, I had already been able to find during my research. She then asked me a couple questions about my resume. After I answered them, she said, "So, you have experience working with customers, but not clients?" I answered to the best of my ability, telling her my experience maintaining various professional relationships and other matching qualifications with the job description. Her next question, however, was "Do you have any questions for me?" Surprised she was ending the call so quickly, and that she had not explained her previous question, I tried to save the interview, but as she answered each question, I could tell she was trying to end our call.
Overall, this was a brief and confusing phone call. I had put in a lot of time researching this company, and I had been following their blog and website for a few months prior to moving to Chicago. I respect that she may have had hesitations or may have seen a red flag, but it would have been nice to receive feedback or at least a clearer conversation.
