Be vigilant when dealing with KHPT (Karnataka Health Promotion Trust), especially HR (‘Dev’).
In my case, a salary was initially communicated, but after I agreed, it was revised downward. Given the current job market, I still agreed to proceed. I was then offered the position and even a joining date was confirmed.
After that, HR became completely unresponsive. Calls were not answered despite repeated follow-ups. Eventually, I learned that another candidate had been hired, without any formal communication or closure.
Based on this experience, it appeared that multiple candidates may have been engaged in parallel, potentially with varying salary discussions, and the process lacked transparency and professional ethics.
Candidates should be cautious, insist on written confirmation, and avoid making commitments based solely on verbal assurances, especially when dealing with processes that do not demonstrate basic professional ethics.
