The interview process was what I'd expect from a tech company for a developer role. I actually had fun with it.
However, after 3 interviews (2 technical, including 1 with the CTO) and a LENGTHY take home project, I was told the company was no longer hiring.
I wasn't rejected, and I wasn't accepted. They made me go through 3+ hours of interviews and spend about 6+ hours on a take home dev task (which was very poorly written)... only to change their minds about whether they even wanted to hire someone.
I assume this is because of the recent economic downturn, but still... my time is valuable. Otherwise, it was a good learning experience for future technical interviews.
