There were two interviews-one with the recruiter, second with the hiring manager/team. Both calls were via Teams and were about 30 minutes long. The interviews were great because the team was friendly.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kellen Company
Interview
I got a call several days after I applied. This was followed by a phone screen, an interview with the dept. director, then a final interview with the dept. director and dept. VP. The interview process was what made me really want the job. Each interview was in a conversation format that organically flowed. The whole process, from initial call to offer, was about two weeks. The max pay listed on the job posting was $20k less than what I was currently making, however they offered me $10k more than the max pay which made me feel like my experience was valued.

Question 1
Most questions were about my background and how it related to the position for which I was interviewing. Also why I wanted to work at Kellen and with associations.
This was years ago but i had a very positive experience with the interview process and the HR team. For me it was a straight forward and informative process, well done by the Human Resource Department.
