Kellen Company interview questions

Thanks for your review. Someone from our Operations department always does the initial phone screens following resume reviews. It is an opportunity for us to tell candidates more about the role, our company and ask some general questions that the hiring manager is interested in. Our second step in the process is for a candidate, whom has passed the initial screen, to meet with someone in the applicable department. We do try to ensure all candidates receive information about the status of the position once we close the requisition. At times, these notifications may go to your junk mail.
