I had a phone interview with the HR for about an hour and then went in person to meet with the engineering manager. The in-person interview was only about 15 minutes and the manager did not seem impressed with me but he did not ask anything very challenging. He only briefly asked me about my former experience and the contents of my resume. But then I got the job! He was very nice and the HR interview was not too intense as well. She asked some specific questions about six sigma due to seeing that I have my six sigma green belt certificate.
