Had a phone interview scheduled and never received a call. Emailed them and received a response the next day and said the HR manager got stuck in a meeting. Rescheduled, had the phone interview and was told they would send me an email the next day. Never got an answer

The phone interview was a great experience. The HR was very helpful and wants to help you get the position as much as you do. They response fast to email, and are always there if you need any help. After phone interview with HR, I had a Skype interview with the manager of the department I applied for. Then I got the job

Initial communication at Fall career fair at University. Called out of the blue one day in January of the following semester by HR and asked if I was interested. He then gave me an impromptu interview on the spot. Within 2 days HR had offered me an in-person interview. After the in-person interview at their office, I was called within a week to notify me that I had gotten the position.
