Kent Adhesive Products Co interview questions

Found the job in the newspaper. Interviewed by the plant manager. He seemed to focus on the fact that I was good with computers, while ignoring my flaws and unfamiliarity with the industry. Not a normal interview; basically just a walk around the plant, listening to him talk. He's not at the business anymore.

I answered an email advertising the position; the President of the company later told me that they think of Kent State University as their private labor pool...an endless supply of smart people willing to work for almost nothing. When I arrived for the interview, it morphed into a group interview including the President of the company.
